We spent days poring over her profile\u2014we simply had to get in touch with her and share her story with you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;One could talk about this line of work for days,&#8221; says Zdenka. Below, she shares her story and the latest trends in floral decor!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How did you get started in the business?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I started this business quite by accident twenty years ago, at the urging of a friend. We were both out of work and decided to give it a try\u2014and the rest is &#8220;legend&#8221;! I\u2019m joking, of course, but we did succeed through hard work, learning, and persistence. Although this job might appear easy and relaxed, in reality, it is anything but. It requires a great deal of effort, hard work, sacrifice, and a genuine love for what we do. But in the end, when we bring our vision to life, it all pays off. It is an indescribable feeling when a bride whose wedding we organized comes to thank us\u2014hugging and kissing us, telling us how everything was perfect\u2014with sparkling eyes and a smile on her face.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.isaidyees.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/IMG_20200621_225510-823x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1043\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Which floral decorations are currently the most trending?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Regarding wedding trends, relaxed styles\u2014such as boho and &#8220;greenery&#8221;\u2014have been popular for several seasons; they are perfect for indoor and outdoor venues, unique locations, and increasingly trendy daytime weddings, or even for luxury weddings that adapt these trends through various combinations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Floral installations are currently in vogue, including photo corners, floral initials, floral hoops, floral pillars, flower walls, and hanging floral chandeliers with string lights, among others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/isaidyees.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/IMG_20200621_230546-1.jpg?fit=640%2C647&amp;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1065\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i2.wp.com\/isaidyees.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/IMG_20200621_234554-1.jpg?fit=640%2C642&amp;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1066\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What kind of bridal bouquets are trending?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Biedermeier bouquets are completely &#8220;out&#8221;; the current trend favors a casual, relaxed style featuring plenty of greenery, diverse plants, a mix of colors, and dried flowers. In fact, there are no hard-and-fast rules\u2014everything depends on the bride&#8217;s wishes, and we take an individual approach to tailor the arrangement to her chosen style and personal preferences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i2.wp.com\/isaidyees.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/IMG_20200621_233600-1.jpg?fit=640%2C635&amp;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1067\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What does a typical wedding decoration day look like for you?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Executing a single wedding requires a great deal of preparation and work, depending on the complexity of the d\u00e9cor. Sometimes, it takes 10, 20, 30, or even more days to get everything ready. We set up certain elements\u2014such as the photo corner\u2014a day in advance whenever possible; then, on the wedding day itself, we finalize the bouquet, decorate the wedding car, and arrange the d\u00e9cor for both the reception venue and the church.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In practice, the workflow looks like this: decorating the venue, then the church, then back to the venue; after the ceremony, returning to the church to clear away the decorations, and finally heading back to the venue to ensure everything is perfect. Every detail matters in this line of work, and we only leave once the bride and groom have entered the reception hall. We return to the venue the following day to clear everything up, so we essentially spend two or three days constantly rushing between locations.
