Irena Vučinić shared everything you need to know about hair accessories and wedding hairstyles with us.
1. Can you tell us something about your brand – who is behind the brand and what inspires you?
Behind the brand stands yours truly as the lead designer, along with a small team (graphic designer, photographers, virtual assistant, social media manager, etc.) who are largely responsible for the brand’s 14-year existence.
What has driven me for many years is a passion for details and a love for elegance. I most often find inspiration in nature and its forms, vintage styles, but also in the personal stories of my clients. Each piece I create has a special story because I believe that hair jewelry should be more than a fashion accessory – it is a memory of special moments.

2. What is currently trending in the world of bridal hair accessories? What kind of accessories do brides most often choose?
Simple accessories featuring pearl details and floral motifs, combined with gold or silver metal elements, are currently trending. Brides most often choose subtle jewelry that easily complements the wedding style, such as hairpins, combs, or delicate tiaras.

3. What advice would you give to brides who prefer a simpler style?
For a simpler style, I recommend minimalist pieces such as hairpins featuring a single pearl or tiny crystals. Less is often more; the key is to choose a detail that enhances natural beauty rather than overpowering the entire outfit.
4. What kind of jewelry would you recommend depending on the style of the wedding dress?
Romantic lace dresses: hair combs with floral details or pearl wreaths.
Classic elegant dresses: Tiaras, headbands, or combs featuring crystals and/or Czech glass beads for a touch of glamour.
Boho dresses: Light, airy wreaths woven solely from wire and beads, or hairpins featuring natural elements like leaves.
Modern styles: Geometric details or minimalist headbands.

5. Which hair accessories do you recommend based on the hairstyle?
Updo hairstyle: Combs or tiaras that emphasize height and emphasize the contours of the face.
High ponytail: Elegant, small hairpins and combs that accentuate volume.
Braids: Small ornaments such as beads or tiny flowers woven into the braid.
Bun: Combs on the side or tiaras that follow the shape of the hairstyle.

6. What hair accessories do you recommend based on hair type?
Medium-length hair: Smaller tiaras and headbands, as well as hairpins or combs that are lightweight, flexible, and follow the shape of the hairstyle.
Curly hair: Larger, more prominent combs and ornaments that won’t get lost in the volume.

7. What advice would you give to future brides on choosing the perfect hair jewelry?
First, match the jewelry to your style—let it reflect your personality. Second, always try on the jewelry with your hairstyle to ensure it is comfortable and looks right. Finally, choose something you will love even after the wedding—a piece that will always remind you of that special day.
