You can buy the I Said Yes wedding planner directly through our online store with fast delivery to your address (2-5 business days). A great advantage of buying on our website is that the price includes a free personalized gift box with the couple's names.

- Error when scanning 2D barcode: If the application does not want to scan your barcode, you are probably paying from a country outside the EU. In this case, it is necessary to enter the data manually and select the Cross-border order option.

We do not include a physical invoice in the package. Instead, we send it exclusively to the customer's email address.
Of course! If the package was originally ordered to a home address, the recipient can redirect it to a parcel locker via the link in the GLS message, where they will need to submit a request through GLS DeliveryManager, but only after an unsuccessful home delivery attempt. The recipient will not be able to request a redirection by phone through the courier.
Note: We do not refund the price difference.
Delivery options are:
- To your home address – €20.89 - Select delivery to Bosnia and Herzegovina at checkout.
- To a parcel locker – €2.90 - At checkout, you will see the "GLS Parcel Locker" option, where you can select the locker closest to you on the map. You can also choose the "GLS Parcel Shop" option, which means your package will be waiting for you at one of the GLS authorized stores that you select on the map.
Some available parcel locker locations include: Slavonski Brod, Županja, Osijek, Nova Gradiška, Imotski, Sinj, Metković, and Dubrovnik. You will find a list of all parcel lockers at the end of the ordering process. If you choose delivery to a parcel locker, be sure to select Croatia as the delivery country, and you can use the parcel locker's address as the billing address.
If you choose "Bank Transfer" as your payment method, you will receive an email with payment details at the end of the order. The 2D barcode on the payment slip might not work. In that case, please enter the payment details manually. A Croatian mobile number must be entered.
Packages remain at the BOXNOW parcel locker for 4 days, and at the GLS parcel locker for 5 days from the date of delivery.
When adding products to your cart and completing your order, you have the option to select delivery via
BOXNOW or GLS parcel lockers, after which a map showing available locations will be displayed. On it, you can select the parcel locker closest to you.

We do not currently offer in-person pickup; all orders are shipped via a delivery service. However, the customer can choose delivery to a ParcelShop (stores partnering with GLS, for €3.44) or to a parcel locker (for €3.44).

When placing your order, enter the address where you want the package delivered—or the address of the person to whom you are sending the gift—to calculate the shipping cost. Then the "Checkout" page will open where you enter your information, and at the bottom of that page you can click on "Deliver to a different address" and enter the information of the person to whom you are sending the gift. We will send the invoice only to you, to your email address.

Delivery method:
- BOXNOW parcel locker = FREE DELIVERY (only until the end of April 2026)

Delivery time:
2–5 business days (calculation begins from the moment the payment is recorded in the account)
- If the Buyer makes a payment by card, the payment will be recorded immediately, whereas a payment to the bank account will take some time to process, depending on the bank. If the Buyer makes a payment to the account and wishes to expedite the process, they may send proof of payment to the e-mail address: isaidyeees@gmail.com.
- The customer will receive an SMS/e-mail with information about tracking and picking up the package, including a link to change the delivery address.
- On the day of delivery, the Customer will receive an SMS message and/or a call with the courier's expected arrival time and his contact number or PIN for the parcel machine. If the delivery time is not convenient for the Buyer, they can call the courier and change the delivery time.
