1. Beach
Picture this: you in a breezy summer dress, hair loose and feet bare, and your partner in a linen shirt and hat; bathed in sunlight, you hold hands and laugh with each other as you walk. If that’s your style, don’t overthink it—dress simply, be natural, and the photos will turn out great.

2. Meadows, pastures and fields
If you are planning a cheerful photo session, pastures with hay bales or sunflower fields are a perfect slice of paradise for you; conversely, if you are aiming for something dramatic, a lavender field is an ideal choice. Meadows, pastures, and flower fields all have their pros and cons. While the stunning scenery is certainly a plus, the “insect world” is a downside that few people consider. If you aren’t exactly the outdoorsy type and usually call your fiancé to kill a tiny spider in the bathroom, this location definitely isn’t for you. However, if you aren’t afraid—or are willing to make a sacrifice for the perfect shot—be sure to apply mosquito and insect repellent. You can easily get dirty in these locations, so pack a spare set of clothes along with the repellent in your session bag.
Shooting in locations like this gives the photos a “natural look.” Complement the setting with natural makeup and flowy clothing, and adorn your hair with a lovely floral headband.
If you decide to go barefoot, we recommend wearing sneakers—since you could easily get scratched—but also packing a pair of slip-on sandals in your bag to put on once you reach your photo location, so you won’t have to constantly change footwear.
Watch the colors. You can dress in clothes of similar tones to the location, so you will blend in with the picture, for example if you take a picture in a lavender field in a lilac dress, or you can stand out from the photo if you wear a church dress for a session in a field of sunflowers. When choosing the color of your clothes, be careful not to overdo it. If the location is complex in itself, it is not necessary to decorate with rainbow colors.

3. Luxury hotel
If you want a session in line with the 007 theme, take photos in an elegant and sophisticated environment, choose minimalist dresses in the Coco Chanel style with accessories such as mesh gloves, pearl and diamond jewelry, hats and so on.
4. Abandoned small church
Abandoned chapels can lend a powerful, dramatic effect to photographs. You can easily infuse spaces that might seem unconventional for a photoshoot—like the aforementioned chapel—with a wealth of colors and motifs, turning your session into something truly special. For a shoot like this, you might choose to wear a striking maxi dress.
5. Regardless of location
When choosing your outfit, make sure you feel comfortable in it. If the dress is too tight or you simply don’t feel at ease, you won’t be able to relax during the session. Choose an outfit that allows for freedom of movement and makes you feel beautiful—because to be relaxed and get lovely, authentic photos, you need to feel comfortable in your own skin!
