What is the shipping cost and delivery time?

Croatia

• If the Buyer makes a payment by card, the payment will be recorded immediately, whereas a payment to the bank account will take some time to process, depending on the bank. If the Buyer makes a payment to the account and wishes to expedite the process, they may send proof of payment to the e-mail address: isaidyeees@gmail.com.
• The customer will receive an SMS/e-mail with information about tracking and picking up the package, including a link to change the delivery address.
• On the day of delivery, the Customer will receive an SMS message and/or a call with the courier’s expected arrival time and his contact number or PIN for the parcel machine. If the delivery time is not convenient for the Buyer, they can call the courier and change the delivery time.

All other countries

If the Customer orders outside of Croatia, the shipment will be delivered within 5-10 working days and is sent via HP Express in combination with the local courier service. If the Customer wants a package tracking number, he can request it by sending an e-mail to the address: isaidyeees@gmail.com.
