How do I order to BIH?

Delivery options are:

• To your home address – €20.89 – Select delivery to Bosnia and Herzegovina at checkout.
• To a parcel locker – €2.90 – At checkout, you will see the “GLS Parcel Locker” option, where you can select the locker closest to you on the map. You can also choose the “GLS Parcel Shop” option, which means your package will be waiting for you at one of the GLS authorized stores that you select on the map.

Some available parcel locker locations include: Slavonski Brod, Županja, Osijek, Nova Gradiška, Imotski, Sinj, Metković, and Dubrovnik. You will find a list of all parcel lockers at the end of the ordering process. If you choose delivery to a parcel locker, be sure to select Croatia as the delivery country, and you can use the parcel locker’s address as the billing address.

If you choose “Bank Transfer” as your payment method, you will receive an email with payment details at the end of the order. The 2D barcode on the payment slip might not work. In that case, please enter the payment details manually. A Croatian mobile number must be entered.
